Formulated with the latest advances in food grade additive technology, JAX Magna Plate FG ISO gear oils provide maximum protection against flow and resistance, wear and extreme pressure. JAX Magna-Plate FG ISO gear oils meet the requirements of 21 CFR 178.3570 (lubricants with incidental food contact).

- Extreme Pressure Protection: The ability to form a durable lubricating film allows this line of oils to meet the gear oil requirements of the American Gear Manufacturers Association (AGMA). This means that these oils provide excellent protection against wear, corrosion, oxidation and additivation at extreme pressure.

Water resistance: Hydrolytic stability and demulsibility are important features provided by Jax Magna-Plate FG ISO oils. Preventing the formation of oil-water emulsions extends oil life and improves equipment efficiency by simplifying the drainage of water from the reducer generated by the environment, process humidity or condensation.

Compatibility
Although JAX Magna-Plate 320 is compatible with most synthetic and mineral oil based lubricants, for optimum performance it is recommended that the system be thoroughly drained and, if warranted, cleaned.
JAX Magna-Plate, as well as other synthetic or mineral oils, are not compatible with polyglycol type gear oils. Thorough flushing is required before conversion.
