Key properties
NLGI Grade 3-4, translucent white, primarily used as a lubricant for O-rings and general purpose valves.
Apps
Lubrication of control valves and pressure globe valves, water softeners and tap valves. Sealant for vacuum and pressure systems and external devices (also on ships) exposed to washing and harsh environmental conditions, such as meters, entrance to the electrical installation and underground connections. Suppressant for pots in electrical and electronic equipment. As a non-stick agent and sealant for transformer gaskets and equipment housings - prevents gaskets from sticking to metal and is resistant to weather conditions and water washout. Also suitable for rubber and plastic o-rings, gaskets and seals.
