WEICON Zinc Spray, approved by the German TÜV, is a solid and long-term anti-corrosion protection for all metal surfaces, including galvanized elements. The product produces quick drying and great
adherent protective coating consisting of zinc microparticles in the form of flakes. Even after a 1050 h saline test according to DIN 53167 and DIN 50021, metal parts coated with Zinc-Spray show no signs of corrosion. Replacing conventional spherical pigments, the new technology of zinc flakes makes the protective layer exceptionally resistant, also to extreme weather and environmental conditions (it has hydrophobic properties - it repels moisture).

used as a high-quality anti-corrosion primer, for local corrections of welded or drilled elements, as a conductive intermediate layer in spot welding

Zinc-Alu-Spray - Ideal for repairing damaged components, > 450 hrs. in the salt spray test in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9227 shade of hot-dip galvanizing.

a tight-fitting coating that is resistant to salt, water and many chemicals

it can be used to repair surfaces, as an effective anti-corrosion primer, e.g. in painting car bodies, and to coat sections after welding and drilling.
