A metal-free anti-seize agent that can withstand temperatures from -20 to 1400 °C.

White paste, metal-free, heat/pressure resistant, anti-seize. Suitable for all types of fittings - especially for chrome-nickel alloy metals and for preventive use to avoid galling on all metals and alloys.

Depac 505 Anti-Seize is an anti-seize compound that does not alter the coefficient of friction on bolts and threads. It is odorless and tasteless.

application applications

Facilitates the mechanical assembly of bolts, flanges, gaskets, bushings, pins, bearings, etc. Enables more accurate torque. Facilitates disassembly by preventing rust and corrosion, and seizing, from -20 to 1400 °C. Allows threads and parts to be reused, preventing breakage when opening. Applicable to steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass, iron, titanium, etc.

DO NOT use in oxygen systems or in the presence of acetylene.

DEPAC METAL-FREE ANTI-SEIZE is white in color and offers a much wider range of applications than any standard anti-seize compound, which is generally dark metallic.

CORROSION PROTECTION

DEPAC METAL-FREE ANTI-SEIZE is moisture and water resistant and protects against corrosion, rust or pitting. Can be used on all metals including steel and stainless steel.

ANTI-SEIZE resistant to temperatures from -20 to 1400 °C.

DEPAC METAL-FREE ANTI-SEIZE is made of a unique formula that allows the material to be used not only at very high pressure, but also at temperatures from below 0 to 1400 °C. Guarantees easy assembly of all metals even after years of use.

THREAD SECURING

DEPAC METAL-FREE ANTI SEIZE is a homogeneous blend of high quality synthetic lubricants and anti-seize particles. This formula guarantees the best possible seal, especially on NPT threads. For sealing cylindrical threads or loose threads, it is recommended to use some hemp as a filler between the threads in combination with DEPAC METAL-FREE ANTI-SEIZE. This combination of new and old sealing methods offers, unlike PTFE tapes, the best possible seal even if the pipe threads are readjusted during installation.
