High Temperature Dry Grease, Molybdenum Disulfide MoS2 Coating

"Anti-Friction Spray MoS2 is a dry, fat-free grease with high pressure and temperature resistance (from -200°C to +450°C). The grease coating does not accept dust, dirt or water, it is resistant to oils, greases and many other
chemicals and has good adhesion to metals, plastics and wood. The high content of molybdenum disulphide ensures clean lubrication, reduces friction and enables the preparation to be used as an emergency lubricant and as a noise-reducing lubricant. WEICON Anti-Friction Spray MoS2 has a beneficial effect on the working conditions of sliding bearings, gears and other sliding elements, especially under high pressure and low sliding speeds. WEICON Anti-Friction Spray MoS2 is intended for application on elements such as guides and rails, transmission belts, pulleys and hoppers, loading infrastructure devices, as a coating on cutting devices and as an alternative to silicone separating preparations and in all applications excluding the use of oil or fat greases.

Technical data

Application method:

Clean and degrease the surface with WEICON Surface Cleaner. Shake the can before use until you can hear the mixing ball making a distinct sound. Apply the product to the cleaned surface from a distance of approx. 20 cm. In case of continuous use, shake again in between. The coating will be ready approx. 2-3 minutes after spraying at room temperature (+20°C).
