Product overview

MOLYKOTE® 4 Electrical Insulating Compound is a high-quality grease-like solution formulated from high-quality polydimethylsilicone fluids and an inert silica filler. MOLYKOTE® 4 has high dielectric strength and high moisture resistance, making it an ideal solution for long-term protection and lubrication of electrical connections and cable systems. MOLYKOTE® 4 also has low intrinsic volatility and meets several industry standards for safe use in food and water, including NSF 51, NSF 61 and FDA Reg 21 CFR 175.300.

Świetny smar do mechanizmów precyzyjnych. Smaruję nim mechanikę magnetofonów, magnetowidów itp. Nie działa negatywnie na elementy gumowe jak też plastikowe. Jest dość rzadki i nie stwarza oporu dla precyzyjnych urządzeń. Świetnie je wycisza. Jest jeszcze jeden smar YM103 ale dostępny tyko w 1 kg puszkach. On jest nieco gęstszy.
