Electrical insulation grease
A low volatility silicone polymer polydimethylsiloxane based waterproof grease used as a protective lubricating coating or compound used for electrical insulation (high dielectric strength) and as a release agent resistant to a wide range of temperatures and moisture. Amorphous silica was used as a filler. The product is recommended for metal/plastic, metal/rubber applications. The grease is characterized by high thermal stability, withstands temperatures from - 57 ° C to 204 ° C, is resistant to oxidation, effective even in small amounts, is inert towards most metals, polymers and organic materials.

Application
- Lubrication of spark plug caps for improved sealing and additional electrical insulation.
- They facilitate assembly and increase the tightness of plug connections (e.g. in underwater communication).
- Lubrication of the external surfaces of electrical contacts for electrical insulation and protection against oxidation (for example, battery terminals on watercraft).
- Facilitates the assembly of metal/plastic or metal/rubber bindings.
- Lubrication of sealing devices, in particular oven doors in the food industry, pneumatic valves of machines in the glass industry, locks of hydraulic power plants, etc.
- Formation of the intermediate layer during the installation of ultrasonic flowmeter sensors.
- As a release agent in the production of polymer products.
- As a release agent for cutting knives in printing machines.
