Product overview
MOLYKOTE® M-77 Paste is a high performance anti-seize lubricant formulated with a polyphenylmethylsiloxane base oil, a lithium compound thickener system and solid molybdenum disulfide (MOS2) for improved surface protection. MOLYKOTE® M-77 is designed to lubricate in a paste form up to 230°C, at higher temperatures the carrier oil evaporates leaving a dry lubricant film for continuous protection up to 400°C. MOLYKOTE® M-77 can be applied to metal surfaces by brush, spatula or grease gun and is compatible with many automatic dispensing systems.
Applications
Suitable for lubrication points with low to medium loads and low speeds, which are exposed to water and extreme temperatures; at temperatures above 230°C (446°F) the carrier evaporates, leaving practically no residue, and the remaining dry sliding film takes over the lubrication itself up to +400°C (+662°F). Suitable for lubricating parts made of materials not resistant to mineral oils. Used successfully on metal/metal connections with friction and contact surfaces, brake anchor plates and brake pistons of disc brakes.

Jest dość rzadki i nie stwarza oporu dla precyzyjnych urządzeń. Świetnie je wycisza. Jest jeszcze jeden smar YM103 ale dostępny tyko w 1 kg puszkach. On jest nieco gęstszy.
