Easy Mix RK-7300 Acrylic Structural Adhesive
Excellent adhesion on plastics and EPDM | high strength | high viscosity | impact resistance
WEICON Easy-Mix RK-7300 is a fast-drying, solvent-free construction adhesive based on MMA (methyl methacrylate). The adhesive adheres very well to a wide range of materials and has a high strength. It can be used universally for static and dynamic loads. High-strength bonding is also possible with low-energy plastics such as PE or PP. Its viscoplastic setting also allows the bonding of materials with different coefficients of expansion, such as plastic/aluminium or steel. Special fillers (glass beads) ensure a constant bonding gap of 0.25 mm. Maximum gap bridge: 1 mm.
The Easy-Mix D 50 dispensing gun is required to process Easy-Mix products in 50 ml containers.

Application method:
The conditions for perfect bonding are clean and dry surfaces (cleaning and degreasing with WEICON Surface Cleaner). Smooth surfaces should be machined. WEICON Easy-Mix products can be applied directly from the double cartridge using a static mixer. Discard the first 5 cm of the adhesive. The adhesive is applied from one side. The open times given refer to a 10 ml mixture at room temperature. Larger quantities will cure faster due to the thermal reaction typical of epoxy resins. Higher temperatures shorten the curing time and the open time of the adhesive processing. (as a guide - each 10°C above room temperature shortens both times by 50%). At temperatures below +16°C the open time and the curing time are extended. From a temperature of approx. +5°C no further reaction occurs.

Świetny smar do mechanizmów precyzyjnych. Smaruję nim mechanikę magnetofonów, magnetowidów itp. Nie działa negatywnie na elementy gumowe jak też plastikowe. Jest dość rzadki i nie stwarza oporu dla precyzyjnych urządzeń. Świetnie je wycisza. Jest jeszcze jeden smar YM103 ale dostępny tyko w 1 kg puszkach. On jest nieco gęstszy.
